Madhya Pradesh: Voting in 6 civic bodies of Khargone district today, poll material distributed
The process of distributing the election-related materials from urban body headquarters for various booths took place peacefully.

Khargone (Madhya Pradesh): The polling for the second and final phase of urban body elections will be held in six urban local bodies of Khargone district on July 13 from 7 am to 5 pm.
All arrangements are being made for the elections of the six Municipal Councils of the district. The process of distributing the election-related materials from urban body headquarters for various booths took place peacefully.
During the distribution process, SDM Milind Dhoke, CMO Priyanka Patel, tehsildar Yogendra Maurya, naib tehsildar Mahendra Singh Dangi and concerned officials were present and ensured that despite the rain the work of distribution of polling material and the EVMS went on smoothly.
According to the information received from the local election office, a total of 122 polling stations have been set up for the purpose across 33 wards of Khargone. Out of which, 60 centres have been identified as sensitive while 62 are general polling booths. In addition, polling will be held in 18 wards of Barwaha, 18 wards of Sanawad, 15 wards of Kasrawad, 15 wards of Karhi and 15 wards of Bistan. In the last phase, a total of 1,99,919 voters will exercise their franchise at 262 polling booths, officials said on Tuesday.
