Alirajpur (Madhya Pradesh): A 13-year-old boy got killed after his maternal uncle's gun accidentally discharged during a wedding celebration in Alirajpur. The incident, captured on video, occurred Sunday night in Chaungadia Falia of Titi village under Nanpur.
Ajay Vaskale, a sixth-grade student, was dancing alongside his maternal uncle Pawan Chauhan of Badi Khattali village. Witnesses report that Pawan was brandishing an illegal country-made pistol while dancing, apparently showing off to the crowd.
The weapon fired unexpectedly, sending a bullet directly into Ajay's skull, causing immediate death.
The celebration instantly transformed into a scene of horror as family members realised what had happened. Police quickly arrived at the scene and took Pawan into custody. SP Rajesh Vyas confirmed that the uncle was charged with murder and illegal possession of firearms after officers recovered the weapon.
