Indore Police Cracks Down On RK Club, Seizes DJ System For Blasting Loud Music During Banned Hours

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Indore Police seized a DJ system from a club on Thursday for playing loud music late at night.
This action follows strict noise pollution guidelines issued by the Indore district administration.
DJ system of RK Club in Vijay Nagar was seized late Thursday night for playing loud music, causing disturbance to nearby residents.

Acting on a complaint, a team led by Station Incharge Inspector Chandrakant Patel reached the club and took action against DJ operator Omprakash alias Prem Shahi, son of Indralal Shahi.
A case has been registered against him.
According to the new rules, playing DJs or loudspeakers between 10 PM and 6 AM is banned.
Additionally, DJ vehicles are allowed to have only two speakers, and any violation will lead to legal consequences.
Citizens Can File Complaints Here
To help citizens report noise complaints, the administration has introduced a ‘311 App’ feature by the Nagar Nigam, enabling people to file complaints easily.
Local magistrates and police will take action on the reports.
A meeting was also held between the district administration and DJ operators to ensure compliance with the new rules.
The order, issued by Collector Ashish Singh, is effective immediately and will remain in force until April 5.
