Indore: MSc Student Robbed Of Mobile Phone By Bike-Borne Assailants At Bus Stand

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): An MSc student was robbed of his mobile phone at a bus stand in Indore on Monday night. He was talking on phone after alighting the bus when two miscreants arrived on bike and snatch his mobile.
The incident occurred Pipliyahana Square in Tilak Nagar area of Indore.
Nearby CCTV cameras have captured the incident and will be used in apprehending the thieves. The victim has filed a complaint at the Tialk Nagar police station. The police have assured that necessary steps will be taken.
According to information, the victim, identified as Amit Kumar, is an MSc student at a private college. Originally from Hakimabad in Sehore district, Amit resides in Dwarkapuri. According to sources, Amit had alighted from a bus at Pipliyahana Square and was walking while talking on his phone. Two individuals on a bike approached from behind, and the pillion rider snatched his phone. The duo sped away before he could react.
Amit chased the robbers, shouting for help, but they managed to escape. Efforts are underway to identify the culprits. Police are scanning CCTV footage from the area, but nighttime visibility has made obtaining clear images challenging. A case of theft and snatching has been registered against unknown assailants, and further investigation is underway.
