Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Customers’ lodged complaints about network issues on the first day of the two-day grievance redressal camp organized by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and postal department here on Tuesday. BSNL officers briefed customers about the efforts being made to resolve the issue.
The camp was held on the initiative of MP Shankar Lalwani. The MP told the consumers that BSNL’s 4G services would become stable in a few days. He also talked to the senior officials about the problems of the consumers and resolved them.
Ram Swaroop Mundada, senior member of the BSNL’s advisory committee, informed that on the first day of the camp, there were complaints about the BSNL’s poor network. On talking to the senior officials, it was found that the city’s connectivity had been affected due to the cutting of optical fiber cable.

To fix this soon, a private company had been roped in and currently its network was being used. Officials said that new tenders had also been issued for laying new cables.
Regarding the postal department, consumers said that a token system should be started to minimize delays in work. Ashok Jhakode from the postal department said that the system of separate tokens for every work would be started from Thursday.
The camp will continue on Wednesday also from 3 to 5 PM at the MP office in Patrakar Colony.
