The Bhimrao Ambedkar Social Science University of Mhow has earned a unique distinction, securing a place in the India Book of Records.

During the covid-19 pandemic, when the education sector saw a major shift from conducting offline regular classes to online, all the universities were asked to switch to online informative webinars and sessions for educational work, by the Governor.

The university performed exceptionally well and invited personalities from across the world to attend the seminar, proving the student's wide range of exposure amid covid19 induced lockdown. Many scholars from the country and the world came together on online platforms to share their experiences and knowledge with the students of the university.

These webinars were organized by the then Vice Chancellor Asha Shukla at Ambedkar University. She worked very hard during this and organized about 240 webinars during the Corona period.

According to the current Vice-Chancellor of the university, Rajendra Sharma, the university has benefited a lot from such educational activities. For this, he has appreciated the contribution of former VC.

The University aims to collaborate with more such scholars to continue their drive to provide informative educational exposure internationally to their potential students.

Prof Asha Shukla, the former VC of the university speaking to the FPJ over phone expressed delight over the recognition saying this feat achieved without spending a single penny, is a mixed result of her enthusiasm, passion and hard work of the colleagues in the university.
