Bhojpur: Two young men were arrested for attacking passengers onboard a moving train in Bihar. The video of the incident, which occurred near Nagri Halt in Bhojpur district, went viral on social media platforms.
The Railway Protection Force (RPF) shared a video on X. It shows two men, dressed in vests and jeans, standing beside the railway tracks near Nagri Halt and armed with sticks. As the train passes by, one of them is seen striking passengers sitting on the footboards near the train’s door with a stick.
The latter part of the video shows both accused standing behind the police at the RPF station. An FIR has also been registered against them.
Attack For Filming Reel
The attack was reportedly staged to film a reel for social media.

The video has triggered reactions on social media. One of the users said,"Heavy fine lagaao.. tbhi sahi honge besharm log hai arrest say kuch nhi hoga", which roughly translates to impose heavy fine, nothing will happen with arrest, they are shameless people."
Another user said,"Yahi mauka hai In logo ko example banane ka," which roughly translates to,"This is the chance, make an example out of these people."
Another user shared a personal experience and said, "I once witnessed this kind of incident happen to a woman during my commute in Mumbai locals,as train passed through the Mankhurd station tunnel, thieves with sticks target passengers hanging near the doors with their phones."
