WATCH: Chartered plane crashes in Rajasthan's Bharatpur; visuals surface

Rajasthan: A chartered aircraft crashed in Rajasthan's Bharatpur on Saturday morning. No loss of life has been reported yet. Visuals from the crash site have emerged on the internet soon after the incident took place.

Videos from the crash site show hundreds of people gathered near the wreckage of the plane while it was still seen burning.

'Police and administration have been sent to the spot after the incident came into light,' said District Collector Alok Ranjan.

Rajasthan police unable to adjudge the plane from wreckage

Rajasthan police officials have rushed to the spot. However a senior police official said that they are unable to adjudgw whether the crashed plane is an IAF jet or a normal plane. Investigation is underway.

"Received info about a plane crash around 10-10.15 am. After coming here, it was found it was an IAF fighter jet. Going by the debris, we're unable to adjudge if it's a fighter plane or a regular plane. Yet to know if pilots got out or are still in," said Bharatpur DSP.

IAF officials arrive crash site

Earlier report as confirmed by Bharatpur District Collector said charter jet has crashed. IAF officials have arrived at the spot and defence sources confirm IAF jets crashed in the vicinity.
