Uttar Pradesh Tragedy: Father Arrested For Throwing Toddler Son Off Roof During Domestic Dispute In Mainpuri; Child Dies

Mainpuri: A man, identified as Rajbahadur, has been arrested in Mainpuri for throwing his two-and-a-half-year-old son, Lalit, off the roof of their house. The incident, which occurred around 2 p.m. on Thursday, reportedly followed a heated argument between Rajbahadur and his wife, Yamunavati, over money.

According to Yamunavati, her husband, who she claims is addicted to drugs and alcohol, grew angry when she refused to give him money. In a fit of rage, he allegedly grabbed their son and threw him from the roof. The child was immediately rushed to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
