Uttar Pradesh's capital is set for a major skyline transformation with the approval of its first 35 to 42 storey buildings. The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has given the green light for a 42-storey building in Gomti Nagar, marking a significant shift from the previous limit of 20-25 floors.
These new structures, set to rise to approximately 450 feet, are a direct result of the new Floor Area Ratio (FAR) policy and the decreasing availability of land in the burgeoning city.
Construction on these projects, primarily located near Shaheed Path, is expected to commence soon.
The move aims to address the city's growing population and increasing demand for residential and commercial spaces.
These high-rise projects will feature luxury amenities, including swimming pools, ample parking, and parks, offering modern facilities to residents.
