Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will unveil a 16-foot bronze statue of Maharana Pratap at Connaught Place, Cidco on Apr 18 at 5pm. The Rs77 lakh statue, weighing 3.5 tons, was created by Model Art Works. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will preside over the event.

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh To Unveil 16-Foot Bronze Statue Of Maharana Pratap On April 18 At Connaught Place | Photo: PTI

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will unveil a horse-mounted statue of Shiromani Maharana Pratap at Connaught Place in Cidco area on Apr 18 at 5pm. The 16- foot bronze statue of Maharana Pratap has been made by Model Art Works, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The tender amount of the statue is Rs77 lakh, and the statue’s weight is around 3.5T tons. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will preside over the event. Singh will also interact with the city’s industrialists over various issues. Singh will return to Lucknow around 7pm.
