Tamil Nadu Horror: 3-Yr-Old Girl Crushed To Death After Autorickshaw Runs Over Her; Shocking CCTV Footage Surfaces

Ramanathapuram (Tamil Nadu), July 6: In a tragic incident, a 3-year-old minor girl died in a horrific accident in Tamil Nadu. The horrific incident was caught on camera and the video of the incident is doing rounds on social media. It can be seen in the video that the child is crushed to death after an auto-rickshaw ran over her in Tamil Nadu's Ramanathapuram district. The CCTV footage of the incident is being widely shared on social media.

There are reports that the incident occurred on Friday (July 04) in a narrow residential lane in the heart of the town on Chinna Kadai Street. The video shows that an auto-rickshaw enters the narrow by-lane where people are seen walking and everything seems normal. However, things get out of hand when a 3-year-old child comes running on the street while playing outside her house.

The auto driver fails to notice the small child and the auto rams into the child. The small kid falls after being hit by the auto-rickshaw after which the auto runs over her. It can be seen in the video that the rear wheel of the vehicle runs over the child. The people present at the spot scream in shock and rush towards the child to help. The auto driver also steps out of his auto and rushes to help the child.

The minor girl suffered serious and critical injuries in the accident after which she was rushed to a nearby hospital by her relatives. The doctors declare the girl brought dead. There are reports that the police officials have initiated an investigation into the accident and are examining the CCTV footage of the accident.
