'Drone' Like Object Spotted Over PM Modi's House, Delhi Police Say 'Nothing Suspicious Found'

According to reports, a drone was found hovering over Prime Minister Narendra Modi's house in Delhi around 5 pm on Monday, July 3, morning. Reports claimed that the SPG informed Delhi Police about the drone hovering over PM's house. A probe is underway in the case by Delhi Police, said reports. Police had confirmed that an "unidentified flying object" was reportedly seen over the prime minister's residence here in central Delhi on Monday morning. However, the police did not find anything suspicious.

PCR call received around 5 am on July 3, Monday
A PCR call was received around 5 am that a drone-like object was seen flying over the prime minister's residence, police said.
Nothing suspicious found
However, police and other security agencies did not find anything suspicious, a senior officer said, adding that the Air Traffic Control (ATC) also did not find anything, according to news agency PTI.
Delhi Police Statement
"An information was received at NDD control room with respect to unidentified flying objet near PM residence. Thorough searches were made in nearby areas but no such object was detected. Air traffic control room (ATC) was also contacted, they also did not detect any such flying object near PM residence," the Delhi Police said in a statement.
