Uttarakhand Man Collapses & Dies Of Heart Attack While Exercising On Road, Shocking CCTV Footage Surfaces

Uttarakhand: In a deeply disturbing incident from Uttarakhand’s Pauri Garhwal, a young man collapsed and died of a suspected heart attack while exercising outdoors on the morning of April 17. The victim, identified as Pramod Binjola, was reportedly a fitness enthusiast.

A CCTV footage which captured the tragic moment has since gone viral on social media.

Fitness Routine Turned Fatal

Pramod, who was known among locals for his dedication to health and fitness, had stepped out early in the morning for his regular exercise routine. In the CCTV footage, he appeared to be fatigued and took a short break, sitting on a roadside slab.

Moments later, he suddenly collapsed to the ground and began convulsing. The street was empty at the time, and no immediate help was available.

Bystanders arrived only after a brief delay, and though Pramod was rushed to the hospital, he was declared dead upon arrival. Initial reports suggest the cause of death was a heart attack.
