Advocate Ojha also made serious allegations against the former Commissioner of Police. He claimed that Disha was murdered, but the police attempted to present it as a suicide. He further alleged that, during Parambir Singh's tenure, murder cases were falsely classified as suicides. Ojha stated that they have video recordings of Singh’s close aide, ACP Kadam. He also accused the former commissioner of trying to implicate ex-ACPs Nipunje and Ghadage in false cases because they opposed Singh's corruption.
