Chhattisgarh: FIR Filed Against Women Protestors In Flora Max Fraud Case After Gherao Of Ministers In Korba
Reportedly, the situation surrounding the Flora Max Company fraud case in Korba district, has escalated as the administration decided to initiate stern action in the case.

Police lodged FIR against the victim woman of Flora Max fraud case, for fiercely protesting in the presence of Ministers Ramvichar Netam and Lakhan Lal Devangan. The protestors gheroaed both the Ministers in Korba leading to heated argument between the demonstrators and the Ministers.
Reportedly, the situation surrounding the Flora Max Company fraud case in Korba district, has escalated as the administration decided to initiate stern action in the case. In the due course local police and administration sealed several offices of microfinance banks operating in the district and made several arrests. Additionally, an FIR has been filed against women who blocked the road at ITI Tansen Chowk on Sunday, and their identities are currently being verified.
According to a press release issued by the district administration, ongoing complaints regarding financial irregularities have triggered an investigation into the microfinance companies operating in the Katghora subdivision of Korba district, specifically LNT Bank Katghora, Annapurna Bank Deepka, Sissas Bank Deepka, Nafis Bank Kutghora, and Spandana Bank. The offices of these banks were sealed with a substantial police presence, the release said.
An agent from Spandana Bank in Nawagaon Katghora, named Pratap Rudra Sharan(22) was also arrested for misbehaving and extorting money from women investors, the release said. Police arrested the agent and booked him under sections 170, 126, and 135 (3) of the B.N.S and subsequently sent to jail.
