Yellow Alert In Karnataka: Heavy Rainfall Is Predicted In Coastal, North And South Interior Regions; Check More Details
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted scattered rainfall with cloudy skies on Sunday, June 22. The minimum and maximum temperatures are set to range around 21 degrees Celsius and 29 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Bengaluru: Bengaluruians has been enjoying cool weather over the past few days. The city is set to experience heavy rainfall on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Cloudy skies are also expected in the city which is expected to remain same throughout the day.
The city woke up at 05: 55 AM. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to range from 21 degrees Celsius and 28 degrees Celsius, respectively. The city is expected to witness the sunset at 06: 48 PM. The residents will not get respite from humidity and it is likely to be around 78 per cent.
KSNDMC shared a weather report on X
Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) shared a weather report on X (formerly Twitter) for seven days and wrote, "Scattered to widespread moderate to heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds is likely in the coastal and Malnad districts of the state till June 25. Scattered to light to moderate rainfall is likely in the interior districts."
Rainfall is predicted in these regions
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued rain alert for June 22 in coastal and it's adjoining regions, North Interior Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. The rainfall is likely to be accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning. The rainfall is likely to continue for next three to four days, said IMD.
