Urfi Javed opens up on bold fashion choices: 'Mujhe nahi lapetna chadar, mujhe dikhana hai'

Social media sensation and 'Bigg Boss OTT' fame Urfi Javed is known for her bold and out-of-the-box fashion choices, and she also often finds herself being criticised on the same.

But not one to mince her words, Urfi has been giving befitting reply to the trolls and has maintained that she has the full right to choose the outfits that she wants to wear.

And now, in an interview with Dirty magazine, Urfi has opened up on the backlash she receives for her sartorial choices and how she does not care about what people say.

'I am capitalising on sexualisation': Urfi

During the interaction, Urfi stated that showing off her body is her choice. "Jo dikhta hai vo bikta hai. Mujhe nahi lapetna chada. Mujhe toh dikhana hai," she said.

She went on to question people that she has never shown her ni**les and v***na, so what is everyone so upset about.

"I haven’t even sexualised my body the way people do. But I am capitalising on the sexualisation," she averred.

Urfi Javed's controversies

Urfi has come up to be known as controversy's favourite child, courtesy her fashion choices and bold opinions. The year 2023 began on a rough note for her as Maharashtra BJP leader Chitra Wagh lodged a police complaint against her, accusing her of public nudity.

It led to a massive war of words between the two on social media. When the row eventually died down, Urfi was once again all over the news after cops arrived on the set of her music video in Dubai.

Recently, she shared that an Uber driver fled with her luggage in Delhi and turned up drunk after an hour.

On social media platforms, she has been constantly receiving hate for her photos and videos, but she makes it a point to name and shame her trolls.
