'Stop Spreading Rumours': Bigg Boss 13 Fame Mahira Sharma SLAMS Dating Rumours With Cricketer Mohammed Siraj

Mahira Sharma, who gained fame from the reality show Bigg Boss 13 for her closeness with ex-boyfriend Paras Chhabra, has been rumoured to be in a relationship with cricketer Mohammed Siraj. Speculation about their alleged romance has been circulating for several months. Now, she has finally broken her silence and slammed the rumours.

Taking to her Instagram story on Friday, Mahira wrote, "Stop spreading rumours, I'm not dating anyone."

Earlier today, the cricketer issued a statement, urging the paparazzi to refrain from questioning Mahira about him. "I request paparazzi's to stop asking questions around me. It is completely untrue and baseless. I hope this ends," along with a folded hand emoji. However, he deleted the post within a couple of minutes.

On Thursday, the actress attended an award ceremony in Mumbai, where the paparazzi playfully teased her about the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) and asked which team she would be supporting.

While she never responded, Mahira was seen blushing continuously, further fuelling the dating rumours.

Earlier, ETimes reported that Mahira and Siraj are "romantically involved." Sources close to the duo shared that they are indeed dating, but are keeping their relationship private.

Despite not following each other on Instagram, Mahira and Siraj sparked dating rumours in 2024 after Siraj allegedly liked Mahira's photo, which caught the public's attention. However, the like is currently not visible on Mahira's photos.

Mahira was earlier dating actor Paras Chhabra. The two met on Bigg Boss 13 and fell in love. However, they parted ways in 2023.

Last year, Paras talked about his breakup with Mahira on his podcast, Abraa Ka Dabra Show with Shefali Jariwala, who was also a fellow contestant from Bigg Boss 13.

Paras blamed live-in relationship to be the real reason behind their breakup and said, "Main toh single hoon filhaal. Aap ke saamne he tha joh bhi tha relationship, joh shuru hua tha Bigg Boss mein. Ek joh tha joh continue hua 2-3 saal tak. Toh bus wohi live-in mein the hum, toh jaise maine kaha live-in ke zyaada tar relationship kharab he hote hain."
