Saiyaara Star Ahaan Panday Celebrates Independence Day 2025 At Home With His Pet Dogs, Deanne Panday Shares Photos

Ahaan Panday, who is riding high on the success of Saiyaara, celebrated Independence Day with a simple yet heartfelt gathering at his Mumbai residence. On Friday (August 15), his mother, wellness expert and author Deanne Panday, shared glimpses of the celebration on Instagram.

The photos showed Ahaan dressed in a crisp white shirt, posing with his furry companion against a backdrop featuring the Indian tricolour.

Alongside the pictures, Deanne penned a thoughtful caption quoting Mahatma Gandhi. "You must be the change you wish to see in the world - Mahatma Gandhi." She added, "Proud to be Indian! Happy Independence Day," expressing her patriotic pride.

Fans flooded the comment section with heart and tricolour emojis, praising Ahaan's understated yet meaningful way of marking the national holiday. The young star, who has been gaining attention for his on-screen performance, seemed to enjoy the celebration surrounded by family and love.

Ahaan's debut Bollywood film Saiyaara continues to receive appreciation from audiences. The film entered the Rs 300 crore club in India and crossed the Rs 500 crore mark worldwide.

The film, also starring newcomer Aneet Padda in the lead role, wreaked havoc at the box office and registered the highest-grossing opening day figure for a film starring debutants.

Theatres were rendered housefull and extra shows were added early in the morning and late in the night to accommodate the demand.

Both Ahaan and Aneet are now being touted as the "next big thing" in Bollywood. The songs of Saiyaara also scripted history as they appeared on Spotify's global playlists, showing that the film not just made waves in India but abroad as well.
