Tovino Thomas expresses admiration for his Lucifer co-star/director Prithviraj Sukumaran

Ever since the first rushes of actor/filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaran's next 'Aadujeevitham' has hit social media, everyone from the Malayalam film industry to fans have not stopped raving about the actor, who has pulled all stops to deliver a performance of a lifetime.

Based on acclaimed author Benyamin's best-selling novel of the same name, that was shortlisted for the Man Asian Literary Prize, 'Aadujeevitham' traces the life of an expatriate in an unknown land who is given the job of a goatherd, by his exploitative landlords. Sukumaran has undergone a sever weight loss regime and is said to have lost over 30 kgs to play an unrecognisable character. The project has been in the making for close to five years and fans have applauded the actor for his efforts.

One amongst his many fans is his 'Lucifer' co-star and 'Minnal Murali' actor Tovino Thomas, who has heaped praises for Sukumaran and everyone involved with the project.

During the promotions of his latest film 'Neelavelicham' with co-star Roshan Mathew, both actors spoke in unison about how awestruck they were when they first saw the rushes of 'Aadujeevitham'. Mathew confessed that he was surprised at not being able to make out the difference between the actor and the character, initially.

Directed by National-Award winning filmmaker Blessy, the film also stars Amala Paul. It also brings together the Oscar Award-winning duo of A.R. Rahman and Resul Pookutty on board.
