Rajpal Yadav's Father Naurang Yadav Dies, Actor Rushes To Delhi From Thailand

Actor and comedian Rajpal Yadav's father Naurang Yadav passed away in Delhi in the wee hours of Friday (January 24). According to several media reports, he was unwell since the last few days.

He was admitted to AIIMS hospital in Delhi where he breathed his last. Reportedly, Rajpal Yadav was in Thailand for the shoot of his upcoming film. He rushed to the national capital after learning about his father's demise.

In an official statement, Rajpal said, "Saathiyon, aaj hamaari energy, hamaari shakti, hamari jeevan ke yodha, hamaare pujya pita, aaj nahin hai hum logon ke beech me shaaririk roop se. Lekin unka aashirwad aur unse li hui jeevan me prerna, woh sadah hamaari sath hi hai. I love you all. Aap sab ke aashirwad ke liye bahut, bahut dhanyawaad."

In 2018, he posted a picture with his father on X and penned a heartfelt note for him. "My father has been the biggest driving force in my life. If it wasn't for your belief in me, I would not be where I am today. Thank you for being my father, I love you," he wrote.

Rajpal Yadav is also making headlines currently after it was revealed that he received death threats via e-mail from Pakistan. On January 23, the actor issued an official statement in which he said that he has informed the cops and cybercrime cell about the mail.

"I have informed both the cybercrime department and the police, and after that, I haven't spoken to anyone. In fact, it's not my job to talk about this incident when I don't know anything about it," he said, according to IANS.

The 53-year-old actor further stated, "I am an actor, and in acting, I try to entertain people of all ages, young and old, through my work. I don't want to say anything more than this. Whatever needs to be said about this matter, the agencies are capable of providing the information. I have shared the details I was aware of."

Based on the complaint filed by the actor's wife, the Amboli Police have registered an FIR under Section 351(3) of the BNS against an unknown persons.
