Pakistani TikToker Sana Yousaf, 17, Shot Dead Inside Her Islamabad Home By Unknown Assailant; Probe Underway

Sana Yousaf, a 17-year-old Pakistani TikToker was shot dead by an unknown assailant inside her home in Islamabad. The news of her sudden death has sent shockwaves across borders.
According to media reports, police stated that Sana was shot at point-blank range inside her home by an unidentified attacker. The suspect is believed to have entered the residence, opened fire, and fled the scene immediately afterward. Sana was struck by two bullets and she died on the spot from her injuries.

Her body has been moved to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for a post-mortem examination. The police have reportedly launched an investigation but have yet to arrest the perpetrator.
Cops have also stated that the suspect may have been a guest at Sana's house, which is in Islamabad's G-13 Sector. The victim's family is yet to react to her shocking demise.
Several media reports also mentioned that police are investigating all possible motives, including that of honour killing.
Originally from Chitral, Sana was a popular TikTok star. She was also quite active on Instagram and used to entertain her followers with videos and funny reels.
Reportedly, Sana was a daughter of a Pakistani social activist. She posted videos that primarily highlighted daily life, Chitral's culture, as well as motivational content aimed at the youth.
Sana was known for her cheerful and lively personality. The TikToker used to also do brand collaborations frequently.
