The latest release, Metro...In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu, witnessed a massive jump on Saturday, its second day, as it earned Rs 6 crore at the box office. The film is a spiritual sequel to the 2007 musical, Life In A Metro, which still remains one of the most heartwarming films of Bollywood.
Metro...In Dino released in theatres on July 4, Friday, and on its first day, it earned Rs 3.5 crore at the box office, according to industry tracker, Sacnilk. And on its second day, it witnessed a mammoth jump as it earned almost twice the first day. The film minted Rs 6 crore, approximately, on Saturday.
The total box office collection of Metro...In Dino now stands at Rs 9.5 crore.
