Marathi content creator Rajshree More, who accused the son of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena leader Javed Shaikh of ramming into her vehicle in Mumbai while being drunk, has now claimed that he threatened the cops as well after being dragged to the police station.

Rajshree had accused Rahil Shaikh of driving in Mumbai's Andheri suburb on Sunday night in an inebriated state and had also shared a video in which he was seen half-naked, hurling abuses and threatening her, all the while shouting that his father would fix the matter.

Rajshree later filed an FIR against him, and she told NDTV that even after reaching the police station, the accused seemed to be unapologetic. "He kept his feet on the table on which cops work. He said, 'Mera baap yaha pe aayega na, ye pura police station khareed lega'. This is what he said while sitting inside the police station," Rajshree alleged.

She also claimed that Rahil's mother and father reached the police station after some time and requested her to not register an FIR. "His mother told me that Rahil was an extremely good and well-mannered person if one sees him during the day. She also pleaded to take back the complaint and said that it will ruin his life and career. But what career does he has? What about the careers of those three people whom he almost killed while driving his car in a drunken state?" Rajshree stated.

Rajshree eventually filed the FIR and Rahil was booked under sections 79 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman), 281 (rash driving or riding on a public way), and 125 (act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), along with section 185 (driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs) of the Motor Vehicles Act.
