Katrina Kaif Takes A Dip In Chilly Pool At Wellness Retreat, Talks About Finding 'Moments Of Clarity That Are Otherwise Elusive'

After taking a holy dip at the Maha Kumbh, actress Katrina Kaif has now jetted off to Austria for a wellness break. On Thursday, she shared photos from her retreat, and while at it, she also mulled over finding clarity which she feels is elusive at times.

In one of the photos, the Ek Tha Tiger actress can be seen soaking herself in a chilly pool and flaunting her no makeup skin, with a beautiful chalet in the background. She also gave her fans a glimpse the locality, covered in snow.

"That time again at #mayrlifealtausse … the amazing tranquility and beauty of this place always surprises me .. the stunning snow clad mountain walks with the sound of ice melting in the lake …. Time truly comes to a stand still and I always seem to find a moments of clarity which can otherwise sometimes be elusive… (sic)," she wrote along with the photos.

"Such a wonderful team who make you feel like family and a truly gifted...a perfect reset..." she added.

Katrina is a regular at the wellness retreat, and she is spotted enjoying her time there every few months. Before flying to Austria, the actress, along with her mother-in-law, paid a visit to Prayagraj to participate in the Maha Kumbh, where both of them were seen taking holy dips in the Sangam.

Katrina also performed the Ganga aarti in the evening, and distributed food among locals.

Speaking about her experience of participating in the Maha Kumbh, the Jagga Jasoos actress later told the media, "I am very fortunate that I could come here this time. I am really happy and grateful. I met Swami Chidanand Saraswati and took his blessings. I am just starting my experience here. I like the energy, beauty, and significance of everything."
