Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash, is undoubtedly one of the most-awaited films of the year. Namit Malhotra's production venture will be released in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and English, and reportedly, the makers are also planning to release the movie in Japanese, Mandarin, and Spanish. However, now a Bhojpuri trailer of Ramayana has gone viral on social media.
Well, it is not an official trailer, but a fan-made Bhojpuri trailer of the film. It quickly grabbed the attention of the netizens, and they are reacting to it hilariously. A netizen tweeted, "I was waiting for Ravi Kishan voice on Ravana saying 'Ghar jake sutti babu' (sic)."
Another X user wrote, "#Ramayana bhojpuri trailer is on another level (sic)." Meanwhile, a netizen feels that if Ramayana is actually dubbed in Bhojpuri, it might cross the Rs. 100 crore mark in the language. The X user posted, "Release karna chahiye . Yadi promote sahi se kya gya to 100 cr ti yaha se hi aa jayege . Up bihar, 36gadh se (sic)." Check out tweets below...
Well, we wonder if the makers of Ramayana would decide to release the movie in Bhojpuri after seeing this fan-made trailer.
Ramayana Release Date
Ramayana will be released in two parts. Part 1 is slated to release on Diwali this year, and Part 2 will hit the big screens next year on the festival. While the movie is shot in Hindi, the makers have reportedly used the Brahma AI for the dubbed versions, so the lip-sync is perfect.
Ramayana Budget
Yash appeared on Aap Ki Adalat and spoke about the reported Rs. 4000 crore budget of Ramayana. He said, “That is a misconception, so let me clarify it to everyone. Rs 4,000 crore is the budget for the two-part film, including release and promotion. It is the same as Hollywood. Our partner (Namit) said this after including all that. Wahan ka maths waisa hi hota hai (The maths there is like this). A budget equal to the film, or sometimes more, they spend on promotion because it is global. But the revenue is global too.”
