Good Bad Ugly Box Office Collection Day 1: Ajith Kumar's Film Beats Sunny Deol's Jaat, Earns ₹28.5 Crore
Good Bad Ugly earned Rs 28.5 crore in India on Thursday and it registered an average occupancy of 76 per cent across the day. In Chennai and Coimbatore, the occupancy was over 95 per cent for evening shows. It managed to beat Ajith's previous release, Vidaamuyarchi, which collected Rs 26 crore at the domestic box office. It also earned more than Thunivu which had a opening of Rs 24.4 crore

Superstar Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly hit the big screens on Thursday (April 10) and it received mixed reviews from fans and film critics. Fans left no stone unturned to express their excitement as the film released and packed cinema halls were a proof of fans' craze for the actor and his film. Good Bad Ugly is off to a great start at the box office as it has raked in Rs 28.5 crore on the first day.
The film is being viewed as a major comeback for Ajith Kumar following the disappointing performance of his last release, Vidaamuyarchi, which hit theatres in February this year.
According to Sacnilk, the film earned Rs 28.5 crore in India on Thursday and it registered an average occupancy of 76 per cent across the day. In Chennai and Coimbatore, the occupancy was over 95 per cent for evening shows.
