Madhuri Dixit buys Rs 48 crore flat on 53rd floor in Lower Parel: Report

Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit Nene has purchased an apartment in Mumbai's Lower Parel area for Rs 48 crore.

According to a report in Money Control, the property is located in Indiabulls Blu project and it was registered on September 28, 2022.

Reportedly, the 'Maja Ma' actress has purchased the apartment located on the 53rd floor. It is 5,384 sq ft and comes with seven car parking slots.

In March 2022, it was reported that Madhuri and her husband Shriram Nene had rented a house in Mumbai's Worli area. According to a report in Pinkvilla, the couple took the house on lease and the rent is Rs12.5 lakh per month.

Their apartment is reportedly located on the 29th floor of a high rise and has a spectacular view of the city. The carpet area of the luxurious apartment is over 5,500 square feet.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Madhuri will next be seen in the film 'Maja Ma' with Gajraj Rao. Directed by Anand Tiwari, the film will release on on OTT platform on October 7. It marks Madhuri’s return to films for the first time since Kalank three years ago and her first big screen lead role since Gulaab Gang back in 2014.
