The results of the SSC Stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D' CBT exam have been announced along with the category-wise cut-off marks list on the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in. This recruitment process intends to fill a total of 2,006 vacancies.

This year, a total of 35,955 aspirants have cleared the exam, with 9,345 qualifying for Grade C and 26,610 for Grade D.
According to the official notice, the results of 7 candidates have been withheld in compliance with court cases, the candidatures of 4 applicants have been cancelled whereas the candidatures of 2 aspirants have been rejected. The Commission will post the final answer keys and marks for eligible and unqualified applicants on their website in due course.

The minimum qualifying marks are as follows:
1. UR (General Category): 30%
2. OBC/EWS: 25%
3. All other categories (SC, ST, PwD, ESM, etc.): 20%
SSC Stenographer Result 2024: Selection process
The recruitment procedure is divided into three phases: a computer-based test (CBT), a skill test, and document verification. Applicants who have been shortlisted in the merit list will now proceed to the skill test step.
The CBT of Garde C and D exam was held on December 10 and 11, 2024. The schedule of the Skill Test will announced later.

Step 1: Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in.
Step 2: Now, click on the “Result” section and then on the “Steno ‘C’ and ‘D’” tab.
Step 3: After this, click on the “Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination 2025: List of Candidates Shortlisted for Document Verification” link.
Step 4: Next, the SSC Stenographer Result 2025 PDF will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Candidates can now use Ctrl+F to search for the Name or Roll Number.
Step 6: Download the result and take a printout of the same for future reference.
