KEAM 2025: Seat acceptance fee
To guarantee admission, all Phase 1 candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee by 11:00 a.m. on July 25, 2025. The fees can be paid either online via candidate portal (net banking/debit/credit card) or offline via Head Post Offices across Kerala.
The fee structure is as follows:
1. Govt/Cost-sharing colleges: Rs. 8,000
2. Private self-financing colleges: Rs. 30,000 (for some seat categories)
The allocation will be cancelled and priority in subsequent rounds will be lost if payment is not made by the deadline.
KEAM 2025: What's next?
Once candidates have paid the seat acceptance fee, the next steps depend on their decision regarding the allotted set. If applicants are pleased with their seat allocation in Phase 1, they should await additional instructions from the CEE and the relevant college regarding the admission procedure and document verification timetable.
Note: However, if candidates want to be considered for greater preferences in future allotment rounds, they must participate in the following phases of counselling according to the published dates. They are required to maintain a copy of the payment receipt and seat allocation confirmation page safely, regardless of their choice. Physical reporting and verification at the assigned college will require these documents.
