JKSSB JE Recruitment 2025: The online application process for Junior Engineer posts will begin on March 8, 2025, by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB). Candidates who are interested and are eligible to apply can visit the official website of JKSSB at jkssb.nic.in.

Candidates are informed that the registration window will be concluded on April 7, 2025. This recruitment aims to fill out 292 posts for the positions such as J&KPTCL, JPDCL, KPDCL, and J&KPCL.

JKSSB JE Recruitment 2025: Admit card

According to the official notification, candidates are informed that the commission will release the information regarding the admit card one week before the examination date. These hall tickets will be available for those whose application form will be found in order and are provisionally accepted by the Board as per the terms and conditions of this Advertisement Notice.

Once the hall tickets are available, candidates have to download them from the official website as it will not be issued by India Post for any stage of the examination.

When candidates appear for the exam they have to carry the admit card along with at least two coloured passports size recent (not older than 06 months, with the date mentioned) colour photographs, and Original valid photo ID proof.

JKSSB JE Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria

Aspirants should have a Bachelor's Degree or AMIE (Sec. A&B) from India, or a three-year diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent. Candidates can read the notification provided below to check the age limit.

JKSSB JE Recruitment 2025: Selection process

The selection procedure will include a written test. Applicants who are selected for Document Verification must present for the verification with their original documents in addition to a self-attested photostat copy of each document/certificate/online application form as specified in the advertisement notification.

JKSSB JE Recruitment 2025: Exam pattern

The exam is made up of objective, multiple-choice questions. The questions will come in English exclusively. Each incorrect response will result in a negative score equal to one-fourth of the marks allocated to that question.

JKSSB JE Recruitment 2025: Application fees

The application fee is Rs. 600/-. Aspirants from SC, ST-1, ST-2, EWS, and PwBD categories will pay a fee of ₹500. Fees can be paid using Net Banking, credit, or debit cards.
