Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Central Railway has started the application process for Apprenticeship positions. Eligible individuals can apply online at RRC CR's official website, rrccr.com. This recruiting campaign will fill 2418 positions inside the organization. The registration procedure began on August 12 and will end on September 11, 2025.

Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Application fees

The application fee is Rs. 100/-.  Payment can be done using a debit card, credit card, internet banking, the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), or a wallet by entering the information requested on the screen.  SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates do not have to pay any fees.

Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Selection process

The selection process will be based on a merit list generated for all individuals who apply in response to the notification. The merit list will be generated using the percentage of marks in matriculation (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) plus ITI marks in the trade in which the apprenticeship is to be completed. The panel shall be formed by using the simple average of matriculation and ITI marks.

Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Educational qualification: Applicants should have cleared the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with at least 50% in aggregate from a recognised board, as well as a National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or a Provisional Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training (NCVT/SCVT).

Age limit: The age limit to apply for the position is between 15 and 24 years old as of August 12, 2025. The upper age restriction is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST applicants and 3 years for OBC candidates.
