The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has successfully conducted the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 on December 14, 2024. The exam was held in two separate shifts: Paper 1 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon for candidates aspiring to teach classes 1 to 5, and Paper 2 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM for those looking to teach classes 6 to 8.
With the exam now concluded, candidates are eagerly awaiting the release of the official CTET 2024 answer key. The answer key is expected to be made available on the official CTET website by the end of December 2024. Once released, candidates will be able to download the key and cross-check their answers.
Challenging answer key
In case candidates wish to challenge any answers provided in the official answer key, they will have the opportunity to raise objections by submitting a fee per question. The final results will be compiled after considering any objections raised by the applicants.
Unofficial answer key
In the meantime, several websites and organizations have already released unofficial answer keys for the CTET 2024 exam. Candidates can use these unofficial keys to compare their responses and get an early estimate of their performance. Since the exam does not have any negative marking, candidates can calculate their probable score by awarding 1 mark for each correct answer, with no deductions for incorrect or unanswered questions.
Candidates are advised to stay updated on the official CTET website for further details regarding the answer key and the final results.
