APPSC Group 2 Mains Exam: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued a notice clarifying that a fake Web Note circulating on social media, stating that the Main Examination for Group-II Services scheduled for February 23, 2025, has been postponed, is false. APPSC Group 2 Mains Exam: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has issued a notice clarifying that a fake Web Note circulating on social media, stating that the Main Examination for Group-II Services scheduled for February 23, 2025, has been postponed, is false. Regarding this issue, the APPSC has lodged a police case for criminal prosecution. Candidates can check the APPSC Group 2 exam notification at psc.ap.gov.in.
"It is learnt that a fake Web Note is circulating in social media saying that Main Examination for Group-II Services (Notification. No. 11/2023), scheduled on 23/02/2025 FN & AN is postponed. This information is false and police compliant for criminal prosecution is being given in this regard," reads the notification.
The APPSC Group 2 Mains Exam will be held on February 23, 2025. The test will be held in two shifts including, the first shift will start from 10 am to 12:30 pm, and the second shift will begin from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. The commission has released the APPSC Group 2 Mains admit card on the official portal.
According to the data, as many as 92,250 candidates are eligible to sit for the APPSC Group 2 Mains Examination, which will be held at 175 examination centers in 13 districts.
Candidates will answer the exam's objective-type questions in either computer-based test (CBT) or offline mode (OMR-based). This recruitment drive will fill up a total of 899 posts in various state government departments.
