4. Assistant Professor: Rs 1,01,500 - Rs 1,67,400

AIIMS Delhi Recruitment 2025: Age limit

As per the official detailed notification, the general upper age limit is 50 years for all posts. Whereas the age relaxation for SC/ST, PwBD, and Government servants is 5 years and for the OBC category is 3 years.

AIIMS Delhi Recruitment 2025: Application fees

The fees of different categories are as follows:

1. General and OBC candidates: Rs 3,000

2. EWS and SC/ST applicants: Rs 2,400

Particularly, the application fee for SC/ST applicants is redeemable if they attend the interview. PWBD applicants are exempt from paying any application fees.
