Mumbai: The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has announced a temporary suspension of trading in specific bonds issued by Power Finance Corporation Ltd (PFC). This action relates to the bond series PFCL-7.17%-22-5-25-PVT with ISIN INE134E08KT5 and security code 959501.
Record Date and Purpose
PFC has fixed May 6, 2025, as the Record Date to determine eligible bondholders for the payment of interest and redemption of these bonds. As a result, no trading in these bonds will be allowed on the same date, May 6, 2025.
