Mumbai: BSE Limited has announced the Demat Auction for Rolling Settlement No. DR-615/2025-26, inviting offers from trading members for the purchase of specific securities. The auction is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025, and will be conducted through the trading terminals. The Auction Offer Entry Session will run from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m., followed by Auction Matching from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.. The Delivery Statement and Accepted Auction Offers Report will be available from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Money Statement and Final Reports released between 3:35 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.

The pay-in for the auction is scheduled for Friday, April 25, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. Members and custodians must ensure timely execution of securities pay-in within depository cut-off times. Following the implementation of the Uniform Membership Structure, settlement is now handled through the Clearing Member.
Notably, the restriction that barred members from auctioning securities they short-delivered in the same settlement has been removed. Members must ensure accuracy in punching security codes and rates, as no corrections will be allowed post-submission. The Exchange retains the right to reject any offer without explanation.
