Video: Liquor Store Worker Kicked, Beaten With Sticks Over Selling Booze At Higher Prices In MP's Jabalpur

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A liquor store worker was allegedly kicked and beaten with sticks by a group of men over selling liquor at higher prices on Monday in Jabalpur.
A video if the incident was recorded, which is now ciruclating widely on social media.

In the footage, Tanveer is seen lying helplessly on the ground while three to four men continuously beat him. They are seen kicking him, hitting him with sticks, and abusing him loudly. The sounds of dogs barking nearby can also be heard.

The victim, identified as Tanveer Ahmed, is an employee of the Dhanwantri Nagar liquor shop. He was attacked by men allegedly associated with the liquor contractor from Sanjeevani Nagar.
The incident took place near Sagda Tiraha in the Tilwara police station area.

Locals informed the police, after which a team from Tilwara police station reached the spot.
An FIR has been registered against the unidentified attackers, and the police have launched a search operation to arrest those involved.
