MP: Youth Attacks Lone Girl In Jabalpur, Hugs Her Tight & Runs Away In Broad Daylight (WATCH)

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A youth attacked a woman, in attempt to molest her, on the isolated streets of Jabalpur on the wee hours of Sunday.

The incident occurred near the Sai Mandir area in the Madan Mahal locality around 5:48 AM, when the woman was walking down the street with bags in her hand.

As seen in the CCTV footage, the woman was casually walking when an unknown man approached her out of nowhere. Without warning, he grabbed her tightly, hugged her, and then quickly ran away.

The woman, visibly shaken, stood there without any clue.

The incident took place on January 12 at around 5:48 AM.

After the CCTV footage went viral, the police were alerted and quickly registered an FIR. The woman, who hails from Nainpur Mandla, has been living in Jabalpur for her studies and a private job.

The Madan Mahal police are actively analysing the CCTV footage in order to identify the unknown man and bring him to justice.

The authorities have assured that every possible effort will be made to locate the culprit and ensure that he faces the legal consequences for his actions.

They have also urged anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has additional information that could help identify the attacker to come forward.
