CCTV: Shoe Shop Staff Attacked With Knife, Looted Of ₹50K Collection Money In Broad Daylight In Jabalpur

Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh): A youth was attacked with a knife and looted of Rs 50,000 cash in broad daylight in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur on Wednesday. The victim has sustained injuries on the head and hand. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment.
The incident took place in Foota Tal under Hanumantal police station. The entire crime was caught on the CCTV cameras located at the site.
The visuals show the five accused on their bikes. The victim carrying Rs 50k cash of his employer was on his way to work when the miscreants waylaid him and stabbed him with a knife. They looted all the cash, snatched away his mobile phone, and fled the scene. A huge c5rowd gathered, leading to a heavy jam in the area.
The locals informed the police and rushed the bleeding victim to the nearby hospital.

According to information, the victim is Mohammad Nisar. He works at a shoe shop in Jabalpur. Nisar, on Wednesday, had gone to collect the shop's dues. He was returning with Rs 50,000 cash as collection money. As he reached the Foota Tal area, a group of five miscreants attacked him and started asking for money. When he objected, the accused stabbed him with a knife and took away all the cash.
The injured was undergoing treatment at the hospital. Police reached the hospital and took his statement. Further investigation is underway.
