Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): A family in Madhya Pradesh's Ratlam was brutally attacked by local residents for feeding stray dogs and stopping people from harming them on Sunday.
The mob not only beat the family members but also tore the clothes of the women and touched them inappropriately.
The man suffered fractures in his skull, back, and thumb. His wife received head injuries and required stitches, while the daughter was beaten with a stick on her private parts.
The incident is of Jaora town of Ratlam district, Madhya Pradesh.
The victims, including a young woman named Muskan Dhariwal, her parents, and younger brother, suffered serious injuries in the assault.

The father was hit so badly while trying to save his daughter that he suffered fractures in his skull, back, and thumb and had to be referred to Ratlam hospital. The mother received head injuries and required stitches, while the daughter was beaten with a stick on her private parts.

The attackers also broke their mobile phones and took them away to prevent them from calling for help.
Despite the family being hospitalised, no arrests have been made so far. The victims allege that the police have not recorded their statements properly or taken action against the attackers.
The incident has triggered outrage on social media, with animal lovers and activists demanding justice and action against those responsible.
