Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Noted stand-up comedian and actor Sunil Pal said FIR should be registered against Podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia and he should be punished harshly.
“His apology will not work because this is an attempt to spread terrorism in the society. Youth watch their programmes out of ignorance. However, they also need to understand that these people are teaching them wrong things and ruining their future,” Pal told media persons in the city on Sunday on controversy regarding Samay Raina's YouTube show - India's Got Latent.

He objected to invitation of Samay Raina and Tanmay Bhatt in Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). “KBC is a family show, which people watch together with the whole family. By inviting them, they are giving a wrong message to society. They were promoted in KBC, so an FIR should be registered against KBC as well though Amitabh Bachchan sahab may not be guilty of this because this work is done by the creative team of KBC,” he said.
Pal said use of abusive language by influencer Apoorva Makhija in India's Got Latent was very wrong. “I request every stand-up comedienne like Apoorva that please do not insult women or else the women of the country will definitely punish them by admitting them in a mental asylum one day,” he added. About the statement issued by Ranveer Allahbadia that he is receiving death threats, Pal said he was playing the victim card to gain sympathy.
