25-Year-Old Man & His 6-Month-Old Son Die As Speeding School Van Hits Bike In Morena

Morena (Madhya Pradesh): A 25-year-old man and his six-month-old son lost their lives after a speeding school van crashed into their bike in Morena on Wednesday.

The accident happened near Kheda Mevda village, while his wife suffered serious injuries.

According to information, the family was traveling on a motorcycle from Porsa to Mata Basaiya temple when a speeding school van crashed into them.

The deceased, identified as Akash Kushwaha and his baby son Sam, died on the spot, while Akash’s wife, Renu, was critically injured and taken to the district hospital for treatment.

According to reports, the accident happened when the school van lost control and hit their bike with full force. The impact was so severe that Akash and his son had no chance of survival, while Renu was left with serious injuries.

Police from Mata Basaiya station reached the spot and sent the injured to the hospital. Doctors confirmed the deaths of Akash and Sam, while Renu remains in critical condition.

Authorities have seized the school van and are questioning the driver. Initial investigations suggest that overspeeding led to the accident.

A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway. Police will take further action based on the post-mortem report.
