Semi-Naked Miscreants Hanging Out Of Speeding Car Harass, Blow Flying Kisses At Female Biker In Haridwar (VIDEO)

Haridwar (Uttarakhand), June 15: In a shocking incident, a female biker shared a video on social media showing few miscreants misbehaving with her on highway in Uttarakhand's Haridwar. The video shows the semi-naked men hanging out of the speeding car and blowing flying kisses at the female biker and social media influencer late at night. The woman recorded the video and made the video viral on social media.

The woman also shared the registration number of the vehicle and shared the video demanding police action against the accused. She also tagged the Uttarakhand Police in the post and also urged the internet users to share the video as much as possible so that the accused can be identified and action can be taken against the miscreants.

The video shows that the female bike is riding along with her car on a highway in Uttarakhand's Haridwar. It can be seen in the video that a car which is full with men moving at a high speed on the same highway ahead of her. A shirtless man is also seen in the video clinging out of the window of the car and misbehaving with the woman. He is also seen in the video blowing flying kisses at her while the car is moving at high speed.

The woman claimed in the video that they were goons from Uttar Pradesh. The number plate also showed that the car belongs to Uttar Pradesh. The registration number of the car caught in the video is UP 15 EH 2344. The woman also raised the issue to a police officer in a patrol car. However, no action was taken by the police at the time of the incident.

The female bike rider has been identified as "Rider Noni" on Instagram and has around 326K followers. She shared the video of the incident saying, "How a mother less behavior looks like. In jaise logon ki wajah se ladkiyaan surakshit mehsoos nahi karti hain."

There are no reports of any police action in connection with the matter so far. However, the video is being widely shared on social media and the internet users are demanding strict action against the miscreants.
