The footage was posted online by an IT employee and influencer, Shikha Agarwal. In the video, she showed viewers how the cold weather froze her noodles. "It is minus 17 today. I am finding time for this (Activity) because it's fun. See if it works", she said while placing the bowl on a table and slowly opening the window shades.
