Lava has launched the Blaze Dragon 5G, its first Snapdragon-powered smartphone under Rs. 10,000, featuring a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, 120Hz 6.74-inch display, 50-megapixel camera, and Android 15. Priced at Rs. 8,999 with offers, it goes on sale from August 1, exclusively on Amazon in two colour options.

Lava has unveiled the Blaze Dragon 5G, its latest budget 5G smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. The device features a 6.74-inch immersive display with 120Hz refresh rate, a 50-megapixel AI rear camera, 8-megapixel front camera, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. It runs on clean Stock Android 15 with assured updates and no bloatware.

The Blaze Dragon 5G will be available at an introductory price of Rs. 8,999 (inclusive of Rs. 1,000 bank discount) during Amazon’s Great Freedom Festival starting August 1 at 12 AM. Buyers can also get an additional Rs. 1,000 off on exchanging any smartphone. Colour options include Golden Mist and Midnight Mist.

The phone comes with a 6.745-inch display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 processor. It packs a 4GB RAM (plus 4GB virtual RAM), 128GB UFS 3.1 storage, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and an AnTuTu score of 450,000. It has a 50-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front sensor. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging. Connectivity options include a USB Type-C port. Lava also offers Free Service at Home across India and promises one Android upgrade and two years of security updates.
