IPL 2025 To Resume From May 17, Revised Schedule Announced; Check Qualifiers & Final Dates
This decision was taken after careful discussions with the government, security agencies and other key stakeholders. The revised schedule also includes two double-header matches, both on Sundays.

Mumbai, May 12: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced that the remaining matches of the TATA IPL 2025 will begin from May 17. A total of 17 matches will be played across six venues, with the final scheduled for June 3.
This decision was taken after careful discussions with the government, security agencies and other key stakeholders. The revised schedule also includes two double-header matches, both on Sundays.
Playoff Schedule:
Qualifier 1: May 29
Eliminator: May 30
Qualifier 2: June 1
Final: June 3
Details about the venues for the playoff matches will be shared later.
