In a thrilling display of power-hitting, Chennai Super Kings' (CSK) Shivam Dube smashed a six and a four against Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) Suyash Sharma in the Indian Premier League (IPL) match at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on March 28, 2025.
The incident occurred in the 10th over of the CSK innings, when Suyash Sharma was introduced into the attack. The 31 year old unleashed his fury on the RCB bowler. The second ball of the over was dispatched for a six over the long-off boundary, followed by a four through the deep mid wicket region.
Shivam Dube's destructive hitting against Suyash Sharma was a glimpse of his potential as a hard-hitting batsman. The CSK all-rounder is looking to find good form this season, but his ability to hit big shots has been a valuable asset to the team.
