The 10-time Australian Open champion faced criticism and boos and he replied his doubters by posting an image of his MRI scan, confirming a tear in his left hamstring

The concerns about Djovic's injury grew following his thrilling quarterfinal match against Carlos Alcaraz. The Serbian took an extended medical time-out after losing the first set. Despite the scare, he staged an impressive comeback, overturning the deficit to claim victory.

Alexander Zverev Slams Crowd For Booing Injured Novak Djokovic

Djokovic was booed by the crowd at the Rod Laver Arena when he waved a at them and showed thumbs up. During the on court interview Zverev slammed the crowd for their behaviour.
